Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson to avoid being charged.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, or failure to attend, will result in the full lesson fee being charged. No credits or refunds will be issued.

Instructor Availability: Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but alternative times are not guaranteed.
Classes
Group Class Sessions (e.g., 8-Week Programs)
Group classes are structured programs with limited capacity and fixed schedules. To maintain the integrity of each course and ensure fairness to all enrolled students, the following policies apply:

No Refunds for Missed Classes: If a student does not attend a scheduled group class session (a “no-show”), no refund or credit will be issued, regardless of the reason.

No Rescheduling or Make-Up Classes: We are unable to accommodate individual rescheduling or make-up sessions for missed group classes due to the progressive nature of the course and limited class size.

Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that a session is canceled due to instructor unavailability or studio-related issues, a make-up class will be scheduled or credit will be offered for the missed session.
