At Skyllamas Performing Arts Center, we are committed to providing exceptional instruction in ballroom dance and the performing arts. To maintain the quality and structure of our programs, the following policies apply to all bookings, registrations, and purchases.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson to avoid being charged.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, or failure to attend, will result in the full lesson fee being charged. No credits or refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling Policy
- Notice Required: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson.
- Instructor Availability: Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but alternative times are not guaranteed.
Refunds for Classes, Private Lessons & Packages
- Unused Packages: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted.
- Partially Used Packages: Packages with used sessions may be refunded based on the full, non-discounted rate of attended sessions. Any remaining balance may be refunded or converted to studio credit (valid for 60 days).
- Missed Sessions: Missed classes or lessons without proper cancellation are non-refundable.
Special Events, Workshops & Performances
- Non-Refundable: All ticket sales and registrations for performances, masterclasses, or special events are final and non-refundable.
- Rescheduling or Cancellation by Studio: In the event of a studio-initiated change, your registration will be transferred to the new date or converted to credit.
Merchandise & Apparel (if applicable)
- Returnable Items: Unused and unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned for studio credit within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, digital downloads, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Medical or Weather Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of verified medical issues or severe weather, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer credit or rescheduling at our discretion.

If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank for processing updates.
